Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. For 30-nights´bookings, the rest is payable at arrival in cash. A transfer no later than 1 week before arrival is an option upon request. For longer bookings, please, contact us. Utilities shall be paid against the counter readings monthly.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival for 30 nights´bookings, the total rent shall be paid. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival for bookings over 30 nights, a monthly rent plus 15% of the total rent will be detained.
