Design apartment Barcelona: The luxury property is located within a few steps from the most emblematic streets of Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya. Comprising two flats sharing a reception area, the property has a floor area of 225 sq.m and sleeps up to eight people. There are four bedrooms and three complete bathrooms in total. Three bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds, while the fourth one has two single beds. The master bedroom has a small lounge area and a lovely private terrace. Two bathrooms are outfitted wit showers, one of which is a rainshower. The third bathroom has a bathtub. There are two guest toilets. The property houses two living rooms with entertainment areas, a sitting room with a bay window, two dining areas and two totally-equipped kitchens fitted with hobs, ovens, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffee makers, cutlery and kitchenware pieces. There are laundry facilities. The apartment features two small decorative French balconies.

Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas.
