Due delle camere principali si aprono sulla spaziosa terrazza attraverso ampie vetrate d epoca decorate a mano, attrezzata e adornata da varie piante per fare colazione,  prendere il sole o per l aperitivo.
La cucina e completamente attrezzata.
Il salone principale e arredato con divani e poltrone disposti per creare un ambiente confortevole e suggestivo, le colonne dividono la zona lounge  dal meraviglioso tavolo antico da 10 persone che sta al lato della terrazza. La bellezza del salone e anche data dalla vetrata decorata che prende tutta la parete e vi apre le porte sulla terrazza  dove potrete cenare e approffittare della privacy e del silenzio nel pieno centro di Barcellona, a pochi passi dalle bellezze architettoniche organiche di Gaudi e dai negozi e ristoranti piu esclusivi.
L appartamento e dotato di riscaldamento, aria condizionata, ascensore ed è completamente attrezzato.Questa è l'opzione ideale per un soggiorno di lusso con un gruppo di amici, in famiglia o per lavoro.

Paseo de Gracia e il viale più emblematico di Barcellona a pochi passi da Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya e Diagonal Avenue. Al giorno d'oggi il Paseo de Gracia è famosa per la presenza della maggior parte dei capolavori di Art Nouveau di Barcellona, e una zona commerciale e residenziale d'alta classe. Lungo questa strada sono La Pedrera e Casa Batllò, due degli edifici caratteristicamente onirici di Gaudi. Nel Paseo de Gracia si trovano negozi, boutiques, ristoranti, terrazze e trasporti pubblici. È ben collegata dalle principali rotte di metropolitana e autobus. Alloggiando al Paseo de Gracia sarà assicurato un facile accesso a questa vivace città mediterranea, e il posto ideale per esplorare tutto ciò che questa fantastica città ha da offrire. Paseo de Gracia è la strada principale nella zona denominata Eixample, che è il cervo maschio di Barcellona. Quest'area è costituita per lo più da ampi viali di architettura modernista. C'è un sacco di shopping di alta classe,  ma è anche possibile passeggiare e fermarsi in una libreria o per una tazza di caffè o una birra. Può essere vista come una continuazione nell Eixample della famosa Las Ramblas. Additional Information

Pulizia Giornaliera: General cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms of 2 hours on the working days is included. Additional cleaning on weekends and holidays can be organized for 15 EUR per hour and clening lady with the minimum of 3 hours.

Tasse: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Check-in after 17:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash. The security deposit will be blocked on a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In caso di annullamento bisogna avvisare 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo, il 20% del prezzo totale del noleggio  non e rimborsabile.

My family was extremely pleased with Amarante Villas. The property was beautiful and Natalia, our concierge, was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She answered all of our requests immediately. The driver she arranged was also extremely pleasant and helpful. The only service we would have appreciated would be to have had coffee and tea provided for along with milk and sugar. We were extremely tired after our trip and had to find the local store for this. In the past, homes have also provided fresh fruit and cheese and crackers. Not a requirement, just a suggestion! Thank you again for your wonderful accommodations!
