Luxury Villas Barcelona : Benefiting from huge sliding windows and dream amenities, this holiday villa enjoys quiet picturesque setting overlooking the mountains. Within 3,5 km are the sandy beaches with their cafes, restaurants and water acitivities. The city of Barcelona with its great shopping, restaurants and museums is only 20 minutes´ drive, so the villa is a perfect base to explore the Catalan cost and towns. Covering 450 sq.m this two-storey luxury place offers accommodation for up to 10 people in its five bedrooms. The property has three complete bathrooms, two of which are euqipped with showers, while the third is outfitted with a bathtub. The ground floor houses the loft-style living room comprising a sitting area and a TV area accessing the upper floor, a dining area and an American kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is totally equipped with all the modern amenities. There is a fridge and a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a grill, a dishwasher, a coffee-maker, a toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and cutlery. The enclosed outside area with its lounge sofas, minibar and a music system is a perfect place for a chill-out break. The house boasts it s own swimming pool with a waterfall, a jacuzzi and a small football field. On the other side of the pool, adjacent to the house, there is adining area for marvellous dinners al-fresco. The house also comprises a storage room, a laundry, a games room and a parking garage for several cars.

Castelldefels is located at the heart of Costa del Garraf, between the mountainous landscape of the massif of Garraf and the Mediterranean. More than five kilometres worth of fine beaches are found there, only a few minutes away form Barcelona and its international airport. Facilities for water sports are offered at the marina, and this included canoeing in the Olympic Canal, built especially for the 1992 Olympics. The historical remains and old buildings to be found in Castelldefels are also added attractions. Castelldefels' exceptional location and the distinction of being in the Baix Llobregat region, make this a tourist paradise with its typical Mediterranean climate with rain in spring and autumn, and some spectacular storms, dry summers and cool winters. Try some of the restaurants here that serve the unbeatable Catalan cuisine. Fresh fish and seafood is abundant and fruits and vegetables are locally produced as is the olive oil, all going to make some delicious traditional dishes.
