Holiday Villas Ibiza : This exclusive beach villa has five double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a satellite plasma TV, AC and mini fridges. Luxury robes and Brazilian Havaianas flipflops are provided. The roof-top terrace features a fantastic open-air hot-tub for eight. The lower ground floor houses a small underwater bar and disco with subaquatic pool windows. This is your own private club. There are various dining areas including a garden BBQ with the palms lit by twinkling fairy lights, a formal dining area for 12 people overlooking the pool, and an al-fresco dining area with views over the bay. To keep you fitted, there is a gym, a thermal detox sauna and a steam room. A full range of spa treatments are available including numerous massage treatments, Ibiza Salinas salt rubs, Formentera mud treatments, caviar facials, Cleopatra baths, and a 24 carrot gold body glow for that special night out.

This villa is a big one on the beach overlooking the bay of Calla Yondal. This is the most trendy and exclusive Bay on the island. The famous Blue Marlin and Tropicana Beach are located just in front of the Villa. Calla Yondal is now possibly the trendiest beach on Ibiza and there's a fabulous selection of beach restaurants that are popular with the rich and famous as well as locals and tourists. This conservation area of natural beauty has to be one of the last outposts of paradise. Overlooked only by a few exquisitely architected homes high up on the surrounding green hills, the white pebbly beach is here and there are pine tress which provide some shade before sloping to the glittering, crystal clear waters. Entering the water can be a tough, as pebbles are uncomfortable to walk on but it's worth the effort to swim in pure turquoise! An incredible location.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
