Luxury Lets Ibiza : This fantastic modern villa is located on a rock overlooking the sea. Situated in a prestigious residential area enjoying 24h security, the property is fitted with all the amenities one might need for a five-star stay. The luxury villa sleeps up to 14 people. There are seven bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds, while the other five are outfitted with two big single beds each. All the bedrooms feature flat smart TVs and enjoy private bathrooms, four of them are equipped with showers, the fifth and the sixth ones have a bathtub and a shower. Two bedrooms have private terraces. The rental property also has a guest bathroom. The common area comprises of two sitting areas with a fireplace and a TV overlooking the infinity pool and a dining area. In addition, the rental holiday home on Ibiza features a TV room with a Home Cinema and an office area with two computers and a printer. The villa benefits from a lovely covered terrace divided into a lounge area furnished with sofas and an al-fresco dining area, and a games area with a foosball and a table tennis. The property boasts several other furnished terraces with sitting and dining areas on different levels. The property features a garage for two vehicles, a stereo system and wifi throughout the house.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
