Overall, we were extremly happy with our stay. The only big thing I would would advise is to heat the pool. It was ice cold and largely unuseable because it was so cold. If we were hot from it being extremly hot outside we could use it for a few minutes to cool down but even then you could only stay in the pool for a few minutes. Once again, everything else was great. Thank you!!

I dealt with Natalia at AmaranteLVA. She responded immediately to my original request (which I made via TripAdvisor), and answered her phone straight away whenever I phoned her. She was careful, diligent and professional. At first I was not sure about the payment arrangements (it seemed odd to bring cash for the balance), but after speaking to Natalia (she explained the way payments work as a function of property and timings) I felt confident that things would go smoothly, which they did. We absolutely loved our apartment and would definitely recommend AmaranteLVA, and we hope to come back one day. KT.

The apartment was excellent - exactly as described and the service from Natalia and Margeaux was very good, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The location worked very well - very close to the beach and a fairly easy walk into town as well. There weren''t any toilet rolls in the apartment when we arrived which was inconvenient but with shops so close that was easily rectified if a little irritating. The infinity pool on the roof was a great luxury and we used it every day - it would have been even more wonderful if it had been heated even slightly - I imagine that a cool pool is lovely in the het of the summer but in the Autumn it takes some nerve to get in (surely some solar panels would heat the water fairly cheaply ?) Overall a great stay - the family thoroughly enjoyed Barcelona

Overall we had a good stay and the stay we met were lovely and very helpful. That being said I was disappointed to find that the towels were reasonably old and small and the throws on the beds were not changed between guests which I didn't feel was acceptable (nor hygienic). Whilst the apartment was generally to a high standard, the bathrooms were a little dated with broken plugs and visible lime-scale between the tiles. The various remotes also did not have working batteries within them. These smaller points of detail are often what gives an apartment the "wow" factor and it was disappointing that the attention to these details was not always in place.

The apartment is really nice, the location perfect, but the apartment needs some maintanance. But we are really forward to rent the apartment again next year

There were only two sets of keys for a 3 bedroom apartment. Made it difficult at times planning going out when others wanted to do separate things. Three sets of keys were needed.

Natalia looked after us superbly from the time we made the booking until the time we left the apartment. The apartment was excellent, very well furnished with everything that we required. The location was good with set access to transport and restaurants. We would certainly recommend this apartment to other visitors.
