We liked the apartment that we rented. There were a few minor problems that can be easily fixed. The most frustrating thing was having no information on the appliances except for the oven and TVs. We had to guess at how to work the coffee maker (Nespresso has a very limited U.S. market), the stove, the washer, and the dryer. We also had to discover for ourselves that the washer and dryer cannot be run at the same time--the circuit breaker tripped. However, there was NO information to warn us of this problem in advance.

Amarante, We had a great trip. Natalia was terrific. She showed up on time and met us at the Apartment. She also was patient to make sure the WIFI worked as well as the other equipment in the house. She was super knowledgeable. We will definitely come back next year. Thank YOU!. John O

Overall everything went well. The two issues we faced were as follows: 1. AC in the master bedroom not working the first night. 2. Dryer’s door causing the dryer to stop. Minor issues, not a big deal. Great stay and very convenient location. Last but not least the prompt response and support from Natalia were great and made our stay much more enjoyable.
