This luxury villa rental Mallorca sits in the north-east part of the island. The villa enjoys proximity to a golf club and the beach so it s a great option for a family or a group of friends with different interests. The beach lies a bit more than 1 km and a half away. 

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms enjoys king-size beds, the other two come with queen-size beds. 2 of the bathrooms have bathtubs, all the bathrooms feature WC and bathrobes. Finally, all the rooms enjoy AC, double glazing and underfloor heating. 

Living areas

The common areas include a cozy yet modern living room with a sitting area and a dining area. There is a private kitchen fitted with all the modern facilities one might need for a great stay in Mallorca. It features a fridge freezer, a wine fridge, a stove, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, tableware and utensils.
Further on, the house enjoys a study and a laundry area.

Outdoors

Outside, there is a a private swimming pool with Roman steps and a retractable cover.  It has a sunbathing area with a couple of loungers and an umbrella. There is a shower. Also, the rental Mallorca enjoys a chill-out terrace with a couple of armchairs and a coffee table on the first floor. There is a garage.

Country club

The villa enjoys access to a country club sitting nearby. It features a golf, a gym with a fitness area and a yoga room, an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. Moreover, there is Turkish bath and a sauna. The club also comes with a healthy food restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle. The club facilities are available upon request, some require a fee, that depend on the season, please, enquire.

Within a short drive to a golf course and the beach of Canyamel, it enjoys access to a country club (some services are available with a fee) and a serene setting. The nearest grocery shop is in Canyamel and can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Mallorca Airport is round 1 h and 80 km drive away, while the town of Palma is 1 h 11 minutes drive away. 
The renowned tennis academy of Rafa Nadal and the town of Manacor where you will find some first-need facilities are around half-an-hour drive away.
The Capdepera castle can be reached in less than 15 minutes drive away.

Check in/out policy

Check in between 15:00 and 22:00.
Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival. The security deposit shall be paid at arrival along with the City Tax.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival the reservation deposit is not included.
Inc ase of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, in case of no-show or early departure, the total rent will be retained.
