This is a two-bedroom villa with a private pool located in Elounda, Crete. Comprising two bedrooms with en/suite bathrooms, a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, it is perfect for four people. The holiday villa boasts hand-painted ceilings and marble finishings and is fully equipped for a carefree stay. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a king-size double bed, the other one comes with twin beds. The bathrooms feature make-up mirrors and hairdryers. You will find a four-ring hob and an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a toaster, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, pots and pans and tableware in the kitchen. The laundry facilities feature a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The living room has a TV area with a CD and DVD player, iPod docking station and WIFI. Outside, the luxury villa boasts a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a deck with sunbeds and an al-fresco dining area. The villa is a part of a bigger villa complex boasting two restaurants, a bar, a kids' club, a beach club and a spa. The latter one has a sauna, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a gym, a steam bath, a PC corner and a massage room. There are several properties of this type sharing the same features on rent in the complex. Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% divided in two payments (20% and 30%). The rest is payable one (1) month before arrival for stays in low and mid season, and two (2) months before arrival for high and peak season. 

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non refundable. For high and peak season, in case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival, no show or early departure, 100% of the rental price is non-refundable. Failing to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation by the customer.
