Holiday Apartments Paris : This modern rental apartment is located not far from Trocadero Gardens and is surrounded by small cozy places that every traveller shall try, starting from delicious bakeries and finishing with a food Saint Didier market. The luxury apartment sleeps six people. Laid out on 168 sq.m, the apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area and a breakfast area, two separate toilets, a laundry, a storage room and three decorative balconies. Two bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds and benefit from ensuite walk-in shower bathrooms. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, its bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with a hood, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a mixer, cutlery, pots, dishes and kitchenware. The laundry facilities include a washer-dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Among the entertainment amenities, there is a stereo system, a TV, an overhead projector, an iPod docking station and a Blue-ray player. The luxury apartment in Paris enjoys WIFI.

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
