There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a double-storey living room with a dining area, a reading room and an additional toilet. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a shower, the other one enjoys a bathtub with a shower faucet. The kitchen boasts a breakfast area and all the modern amenities one might need. There is a fridge freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a hob, a toaster, a blender, a juicer, tableware and cutlery. The laundry facilities include a washer-dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Among the entertainment amenities you ll find a TV with international channels and an Ipod dock. The apartment benefits from AC in the common areas and one bedroom and WIFI.

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
