Situated right by Acropolis in a lively neighbourhood of Thissio, this vacation rental has it all within a short walk. The property has 90 m2 and sleeps four. There are two king-size beds that can be split into two singles each upon request. Both come with TVs and private bathrooms with showers and toilets. The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries. The living room has a small dining area for four, a sofa and a TV with international channels. For cooking, there is a kitchenette with a hob, a small fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. The holiday rental is located in an area with a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants, within a short walk from all the main culture landmarks of Athens.

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 15%. The rest is payable at arrival either in cash or by Credit card. The security deposit will be put on a Credit Card at arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than 7 nights before arrival in middle and low season and 14 nights before arrival in high season, further 50% shall be paid. Incase of no show or early departure, 100% shall be paid.
