Within a short walk from Panormos beach, this vacation rental enjoys an easy access to the modern facilities you might need on Mykonos. The sea view villa comprises of the main building and a guest annex. The former sleeps 10 people. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master one enjoys a king-size bed, two balconies and an en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Further three bedroom enjoy twin beds. One has a private bathroom with a shower, the others share one. The twin beds can be pushed together to get three double beds. The living room has a seating area with a wooden fireplace. There is a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. The annex sleeps four people. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. One of them benefits form a private terrace. The place enjoys a private living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and an al-fresco dining area. The holiday villa on Mykonos has satellite TV, CD/DVD-player and AC. Outside facilities include a private swimming pool, a children´s pool, a BBQ area, a lounge area and an al-fresco dining area with a pergola. The property is a part of a bigger complex with a private parking. Room service is available upon request.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 45% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 30%. The balance together with the security deposit shall be paid upon arrival. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation less than 7 nights before arrival, 100% of the rent shall be paid. In case of no show or an early departure, 100% of the rent initially agreed on shall be paid.
