The villa boasts a heated swimming pool, well appointed outdoor lounge areas and an outdoor kitchenette. The property consists of the main house and attached guest house with individual entrance.

The villa sleeps 12 people. There are 6 bedrooms in total, 4 of them sit in the main house and the other 2 are in the guest house.
Bedroom 1: master, king-size bed (180x200cm), TV. safe box, AC, walk-in closet, open-plan en-suite bathroom with a shower and a tub, sea view, access to the pool via balcony doors.

Living areas
The common areas comprise of an open-plan totally equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, a wine room and a sitting room. The indoor dining area seats 10, the living room enjoys a TV/home theatre. Further on, the house enjoys a home gym offering sea views. it comes with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Outdoors
The well-apparelled outdoors areas offer several lounge spots to the guests. There is a heated swimming pool of 20 x 4 m (heated upon request, a surcharge is applied). It comes with a sunbathing area. Further on, there is a chill-out area and an outdoor home theatre, an outdoor kitchenette with a built-in gas BBQ and an al-fresco dining. The table seats 12.
The villa boasts amazing sun and sea views. There is a parking area.

Smoking inside the property is not allowed (penalty 1.500 EUR).

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay 50% as a reservation deposit. The balance is due no later than 60 days before arrival.
The damage deposit is due one month before arrival by bank or with a credit card or in cash at arrival. Use of Credit card implies a surcharge of 4%.
