Luxury Rental Houses Florence : This wonderful luxury Italian villa is perfect for you. An independent residence sleeps 12 people. On the ground you will discover a large and a beautiful living room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances such as an electric oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer. There is a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a cloakroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an extra bed, a double bedroom, a twin or double room and another twin room. Each room has its own bathroom, two with shower and two with bath and shower. There are two more double bedrooms with independent access from the garden in front of the pool, both with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. They are situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse in front of the garden that can be accessed directly. The beautiful garden of 3000 square meters features the swimming pool (16m x 8m) and big furnished loggia to enjoy your dinner. This luxury house has the air conditioning, the Wi-fi, a parking, coffee maker, microwave, oven, barbecue and much more. Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
