Florence Luxury Villas : This typical Tuscany property is an independent farmhouse that sleeps 16 persons in 8 rooms. Through the main entrance you will get into a large double dining area with two tables that can accommodate 16 people, a spacious living room with fireplace and totally-equipped kitchen. There you will find an electric oven, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washing machine. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden and a toilet. If you go upstairs, you will discover four double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedroom with French beds, also with private bathroom. The property boasts a magnificent garden with an infinity swimming pool (15m x 8m) with whirlpool tubs placed on each side of the pool (depth 90cm), a solarium with sun beds, loungers and parasols, a porch with wrought iron furniture and a loggia illuminated at night. This luxury rental house is a true retreat from the bustle of the city.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
