This spectacular south-facing villa sits at 881 m above the lake. Without any neighbours next door, the place is perfect for a serene vacation. The village of Pigra with a couple of restaurants and a cable car to Argegno is only 300 m away. The village of Argegno has a ferry station and this is where the house has a private mooring for its boat.
Sitting on a plot of 4,5 acres and enjoying 1231 m2 of living space, the home was built in 1909 and has been totally refurbished to meet the highest standards of living. For families with kids, there is a treehouse, a playground, games and life-size firetruck.
There is a main house and a pool house.

This floor houses an entry hall, a study, an elevator lobby, a guest WC, a kitchen, an elegant piano room and a living room. The kitchen is totally equipped and has an informal dining area. The kitchen leads to a formal dining area that, in its turn, leads to to the drawing room, living room and loggia. Some steps down, there is a yoga room and a gym with panoramic arched windows. There is a shower and hammam.
At the rear part of the property, there is a study.
First floor
This level houses a hall, a lift lobby and 3 bedrooms.
Second floor
Here you will find a hall, a lift lobby and 4 further bedrooms.
Third floor
This area is home to the media room, a guest WC, a lounge, a games area and a bedroom. The games area come with 2 seating spaces, cable TV, projector, music and games, board games. Finally, there is a pool table and kitchenette. Also, you will find an outdoor terrace with a fireplace and a terrace bar.
Outdoors
There are 3 al-fresco dining areas. One sits on the main terrace and overlooks the lake, another one is down next to the pool and the third one sits at the back of the building. Off the main terrace, there is a fire-pit with a seating ideal for drinks.
The pool house benefits form a full kitchen, a central island, a seating area. There is a gust WC. There is a roof top terrace.
The swimming pool is heated. Right by, there is a Jacuzzi.
