Luxury Villas Tuscany : This extraordinary villa of Lucca was built in the first half of the XIX century. This house can accommodate up to 22 people. Thanks to great location in the heart of a large estate guests of this rental can enjoy spectacular views on the hills of Lucca. This property has a private chapel and an ancient oil mill. Take a walk in a nice garden from which opens wonderful panorama of the valley and the city. Through the main entrance you will get to an extraordinary living room with fireplace. Then you can go to a room with TV and DVD player, an office with telephone, fax and Internet and a central music system. On the main floor there are two bathrooms, a loggia looking the garden and a large furnished kitchen. On the first floor, there are six double or twins bedrooms, all of them with private bathrooms with shower and a beautiful central living room with TV. On the second floor, you will find five more bedrooms; one of those is a master bedroom with a large dressing room. Each room has its private bathroom and a telephone system. Go for a walk in a magnificent Italian garden or a nice meadow framing the swimming pool. This is a perfect villa for you, with a lot of equipment you need like a billiard’s room, a tasting room for wines, a barbecue and a fitness room.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
