Luxury Vacation Villas Sardinia: Located by the beach in a gated residential area accessible only by owners and tenants, this exclusive villa with sea views is a great option for a family or friends' stay. The residential area boasts a tennis court and a football field. There is a mooring, a restaurant and a supermarket nearby. The holiday home is distributed over three levels and sleeps 14 people. The lower level houses the outside chillout areas. There is a pool of 14 x 5 m with loungers around, a an al-fresco dining and a BBQ. The same level features a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower nd bathtub and a living room with a TV area, a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. There is a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a hob, an island, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The middle level is home to the staff double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer. The upper level has a double bedroom wtih an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with a shower bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a walk-in shower bathroom.

Pulizia settimanale: For 6+ guests: general cleaning of 5 hours per day x 6 days a week. For less than 6 people: 4 hours per day x 4 times a week is included.

Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
