Surrounded by a lush garden, it is a perfect place to spend a sunny vacation in the most demanded summer destination, Porto Cervo. Few minutes drive to the village center, you can easily reach shops and restaurants.
The Main House has 4 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a big living room looking over the sea. Few steps away from the main house, you find the annex that can host 2 more guests in its en-suite bedroom.
Staff rooms
There are two more bedrooms and one bathroom with their own access, directly connected to the laundry that can be used by the staff.
Outdoors
The house is surrounded by a huge garden offering a sunbathing area and a fresh organic vegetable garden. Enjoy breakfast in the lounge area located by the pool facing the sea. Also. you will find an outside fitness area and a 5- cars parking space in the garden. One of the features of this house that makes it an exceptional place is its private pier.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
