This recently renovated luxury home sits just behind the Cala Granu and offers privacy and great views. This beach is known for its shallow and crystal water and white sand. Small, around 1 km away from Porto Cervo, this beach is perfect for families. Surrounded by a cared garden with several chill-out areas, the house enjoys a charming al-fresco dining area and a BBQ. There is a private free-shaped pool with hydromassage option and a sunbathing area and an outdoor fitness area.
The house sleeps 10-12 people. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house common areas include a living room with a sitting area and a TV. The room opens on the outdoor lounge and al-fresco dining areas. Right next to it, there is a totally equipped kitchen. It features a central island suitable for cooking or breakfast.
