Rental House Tuscany : This refined prestigious villa is located near San Casciano dei Bagni, a beautiful village known as a thermal land. It's an independent residence composed of a main building and an annex. The property sleeps 13 people. The principal building can accommodate 9 persons. On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, a small sitting room and a lounge with fireplace. There is a beautiful dining room opening into the garden and a large kitchen with fireplace and oven. The house is totally equipped with all necessary amenities which you will enjoy during your stay: American style fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD and CD players and much more. On the same floor there is a twin bedded room, a bathroom with hydro massage tub, a bedroom with queen sized bed, a bathroom with shower. There are two verandas one of which outside the kitchen and the other outside the lounge and dining room. On the first floor there is an office with telephone, fax machine and personal computer with internet connection if you need to work during your holidays, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The annex has two suites and sleeps four people. One suite is located on the ground floor and another on the first floor, each has a mini-bar and en suite bathroom: one with a tub and the other with hydro-massage shower. The house boasts swimming pool (6m x 12m) with spa water. Enjoy Mediterranean fragrances and magnificent view on one of the loveliest valleys of the Tuscany from a large garden with cypress trees.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
