This elegant villa rental sits in Montepulciano area, just 8 minutes´ drive form the town. Once a watchtower, now it benefits form sleek interior and five-star amenities - all for a perfect vacation in Tuscany. Home to some of the finest Italian wines, the area also offers gorgeous landscapes and natural parks. The property is distributed over 2 floors connected with a lift. It sleeps 12 and has  AC, heating, a fireplace and a spa area.

Ground floor

This level houses a spacious dining room. Also, there, is a totally equipped kitchen, a Spa area a guest WC, and 3 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can be laid out as a twin. All the bedrooms enjoys showers, bathrobes and handmade vanity sets. 
The spa area comes with an indoor swimming pool with a hydromassage jets, a Turkish bath, a sauna, sensory showers. The area overlooks the garden and benefits from a small sitting area.

First floor

You will find another living room with a sofa and a TV and a small wine cellar and a minibar upstairs. Also, it has a kitchen. Further one, there are 3 more bedrooms on this floor. One of them can also be laid as a twin bedroom. All the rooms enjoy private bathrooms.

Outdoors

There is an al-fresco dining area an an infinity 25 m swimming pool with a chill-out area. The space offers scenic views over the Tuscany vineyards and landscapes. Also, there is a manicured garden with a jogging path ideal for yoga in the morning or just admire the nature.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday.
All other periods are flexible.

Payment Policy

In order to book the property, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance together with the security deposit shall be paid no later than 1 months before arrival. 
The Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
