The estate enjoys a fantastic view of San Gimignano town and the valley surrounding. This large refurbished farmhouse is divided in two buildings and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 en suite bedrooms. A large garden and a heated infinity pool will offer the guest a perfect place to spend a quite stay in the green Tuscany.
The main House
On the ground floor, the house is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room, a sitting room and a large living room with a fireplace.
On the first floor, there are two en suite bedrooms with king beds and bath tub as well a sitting area.
The Annex 1
1 en suite bedroom with king size bed and sitting area.
The Annex 2
1 en suite bedrooms with king size bed, bath tub, a sitting area and a direct access to an open courtyard.
The outdoors
The infinity heated pool sits in the big garden, there is an outdoor dinning area, a lounge area under the pergola, a barbecue, a fire pit and wooden oven.

Pulizia Giornaliera: Light daily cleaning is included (making the beds, kitchen with one
start of dishwasher, light cleaning of bathrooms, change of towels).
Tasse: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax (1 EUR per person and night for
5 nights from 11 years old) are included. Tourist Tax is subject to
changes following the local policies.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
