This charming Marrakech villa rental is located in the exclusive Palmeraie within a short drive from the city. It boasts three heated pools, a gym, three hammams, two spa areas with three treatment rooms in total, a paddle court, a games room and a huge garden. The estate consists of three villas and a pavilion that enjoys full privacy. The first vacation villa consists of the main unit and houses the pavilion in its garden. It sleeps 16 people in total. There are seven bedrooms in the main house and one more bedroom in the pavilion. All the bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and terraces. Some come with fireplaces. The main house bedrooms also feature dressing rooms. The pavilion benefits from a private plunge pool, a small kitchen and a sitting room. There is a games room with a full-size billiard, a bar and board games. Further entertainment facilities include a table tennis, two home cine rooms with a movies library, WIFI and a music system. There is a paddle court. The gym is fitted with Technogym equipment. The common areas include a living room, a dining room and an al-fresco dining area. The second villa sleeps four and has two bedrooms. Both have private bathrooms. The master bedroom opens onto the pool terrace, while the other one open onto a private terrace with a small fountain. The common areas include a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and an al-fresco dining area. There is a TV with a DVD player, WIFI throughout and board games. The third villa sleeps six and comprises of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, a sitting-dining room and a Berber lounge tent with a sitting area. Two bedrooms boast private plunge pools. The entertainment facilities include a home cinema with a projector for DVD and a stereo system. The Marrakech vacation villa tenants will have access to unlimited spa treatments including massage, manicure, pedicure, facial care and shaving for men. All three swimming pools are 12 m long. Meals are chosen from a la carte menu and are prepared on daily basis by the chef. Private estate is taken care of by a team of 20 staff members.

This Marrakech vacation rental is situated in Palmeraie, just within a 12 minutes´drive from the city. Payment Policy

The reservation deposit for the property is 40% payable in two steps (20% and 20%). The rest together with the security deposit against damages is payable no later than one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellations less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent is detained. All the cancellations shall be done in written. Failure to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation made by the guests.
