It is a duplex. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and a living-dining room. One of the bedrooms comes with twin beds (80 x 200 cm). There is a shower room and a WC in the hall. The other one is an attic bedroom and has a queen-size bed and benefits from a private a bathtub and a shower in the room and a WC. The living room has a seating area with two sofas and a dining table for six. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a toaster, a blender, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware. There is a drying washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Entertainment facilities include two TVs and WIFI. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building accessed by the stairs. There is an entry phone.

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
