Common areas include a living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen. There is a TV with satellite international channels and WIFI. The dining table seats four. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern equipment one might need for a carefree vacation in Barcelona. There is a fridge freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, pots and pans and tableware. In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 15% upon confirmation. For standard rates, the first night will be charged on a credit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) 7 days before arrival The balance shall be paid upon arrival either in cash or by credit card. For a non-refundable rate, 100% shall be paid upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 7 days before arrival or less when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit and the first night are non-refundable. In case of cancellation when a non-refundable rate is applied, 100% of the rent will be retained.
