The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed and benefits from an adjacent dressing room and a spa room equipped with a jacuzzi bath and a sauna. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, while the third one has a single bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment boasts a spacious living room with a library area, a dining room with a seating for eight people and a totally-equipped kitchen with an island. There are two furnished terraces accessible by the bedrooms. The apartment can be rented with a studio on the top floor of the building that sleeps two people. Located just in a 10 minutes drive from the city centre and next to the green line metro stations, Pedralbes gives the guests a lot of opportunities to enjoy the green areas and tranquility of Barcelona. Payment Policy

For a short term stay, in order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent and the security deposit either in cash or by credit card. The security deposit will be returned to you should no damages occur to the property. For a long term stay, please, contact us.

Cancellation Policy

For a short term stay, in case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid. For a long term stay, please, contact us.
