Luxury Apartments Barcelona : This deluxe flat, located in Gracia, area of cosy cafes, restaurants and secret shops, sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms. It is a perfect place for a couple with children, facing a well-known Gran de Gracia street. The building has a lift. There are two bedrooms, one of them is equipped with a double bed, the other one with a bunk bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a big shower, a wc and a bidet. In addition, this neat place comprises a living-dining room with a small balcony and a totally-equipped modern kitchen with a fridge and a freezer, dishwasher, utensils and cutlery, toaster, coffee-maker, a ceramic hob, a kettle, a microwave and a washing machine. The living room has two individual sofa beds, there is a TV. Its dining area sits comfortably five people. You will always feel secure here, as the building is equipped with a intercom door security system. The place has AC and heating systems. The apartments have WIFI that will allow you to keep an eye on your email and social network accounts. The property can be slightly different from the pictures as there are several units on rent in the building.

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid.
