The 85 m2 apartment is distributed in one master bedroom with a queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom, a big and sunny dinning room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and first class electrical appliances and a second bebroom with twin beds, There is also an independent bathroom. The rooms have a balcony offering views of the Port Vell. The high ceilings and the large window to the balcony give the apartment a very special bright. On the rooftop terrace of the building there is an incredible swimming pool with an amazing view of the port Vell of Barcelona.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card. The safety deposit shall be blocked on the credit card. 

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid.

We worked with Natalia who was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, patiently answered our many questions, responded very promptly and built a great rapport. Would definitely use her services again. The apt was great, clean, modern and well stocked with everything we needed. Staff at building very friendly, responsive and helpful. Would stay there again! Two minor downsides to the apt: 1) They only give you one set of keys, which is challenging for 2 couples. They say you can just leave the key 1 block away at a hotel when you go out, as a method to circumvent the one key issue, but that is not very convenient. 2) The buzzer, to be able to buzz people up from the street, was not working. Therefore, we had to go to front door of building every time to let someone in, which was inconvenient. We will recommend Amarante to our friends. Thanks, Kristin
