It is a triplex, there are four bedrooms, the place houses up to eight people. It features two double beds and four single beds. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, the third one enjoys a shower. In addition, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fitted with all the amenities and electric appliances one might need for a comfortable stay, including a fridge and a freezer, a microwave, a juice squeezer, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a dishwasher. The living room comprises of a sitting area with a TV and a DVD player and a dining area for eight. Eixample is a safe residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than ONE month (1) before the arrival date: the total amount shall be paid.

The property is spacious however the kitchen is not well equiped and the swimming pool is not a swimming pool - it is a wading pool. This should be explained as it was the only reason for picking this property and paying a premium for it but it is almost just knee deep - hardly a pool.

The wi-fi signal is poor and needs to be better and the fridge on the rooftop needs sorting out! But we loved it and will probably be back next year.
