For your comfort, there are Asprey toiletries. Hairdryers are available. The dining table seats up to 10 guests, and for those who cannot leave the work behind, there is a desk. This Barcelona luxury apartment enjoys a totally-equipped kitchen fitted with various utensils, kitchenware and tableware. The living area benefits from a 81cm flat TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a Bang & Olufsen radio and stereo system and an iPod docking station. The rental property is set within a five-star resort featuring a swimming pool, several gardens, a spa and a renowned restaurant. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 10% of the total payment. Ten (10) days before arrival shall be paid the balance by credit card. Please, note that additional 150 EUR per night guarantee is required for the extras. The amount is payable at check-in and is refunded at the time of check-out, shall it not be spent. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 10 days before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
