The Barcelona luxury rental features three bedrooms, all of them are fitted with king-size beds. An additional single bed can be placed in one of the rooms. All the bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms equipped with marble bathtubs, double sinks, separate showers and wc´s. All the bathrooms are provided with Asprey toiletries. The living room enjoys a sitting area with a 81cm TV with international channels, a DVD player, a Bang & Olufsen radio and a stereo system and an iPod docking station. The dinig area is thought for 10 guests. The luxury apartment features a library, a dressing room, and an office area with a desk. The last but not the least, the place enjoys a totally equipped modern kitchen fitted with various appliances, kitchenware and tableware. The building has a parking, restaurant facilities and a spa area. The latter offers the guests a wide range of care treatments, including massage, facial and corporal treatments, manicure and pedicure; there is a sauna and a gym.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 10% of the total payment. Ten (10) days before arrival shall be paid the balance by credit card. Please, note that additional 150 EUR per night guarantee is required for the extras. The amount is payable at check-in and is refunded at the time of check-out, shall it not be spent. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 10 days before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
