Ideal for a family trip, friends´stay and a romantic getaway, the apartment sleeps up to ten guests. Distributed over two floors, the place comprises five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge area, a dining room, a totally-equipped kitchen and a small furnished balcony. Three bedrooms are located on the lower floor. One of them has a double bed, the other two feature single beds. The bathroom on this floor enjoys a bathtub with a shower head. Further on, there is a living room with a TV with international channels and a DVD, a dining room and a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge and a freezer, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a hob, a blender, a dishwasher, tableware and kitchenware. The luxury holiday rental is equipped with laundry facilities. There is a washer and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The other two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located upstairs.

Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a
vibrant nightlife and a thriving caf culture. Eixample is a beautiful
barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and
people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the
main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the
most emblematic Avenue of Barcelona, situated within walking distance
from the most important city sightseeings such as Las Ramblas, Plaza de
Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for
being home for the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and
is also well-known for its high-class residential and shopping areas.
Moreover, here you can see La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis
characteristically dreamlike buildings. Paseo de Gracia is rich in
stores, shops, boutiques, restaurants and terraces and perfectly
communicated with the whole city by public transport. It is well
connected by major underground and bus routes. Paseo de Gracia is not
only a sightseeing itself but also a great platform for this fantastic
Mediterranean city exploration. Paseo de Gracia is the main street of
the area called Eixample which is the heart of Barcelona. This area is
characterized by wide, open boulevards filled with modernist
architecture. There are a lot of high-end shops. Do marvellous shopping
or just stroll and drop in a bookstore or stop for a cup of coffee or a
beer and watch the city life go by, sitting outside of one of the many
street cafes. As well, you cannot miss the opportunity to walk down
Rambla de Catalunya, another major Eixample street being at the same
time one of the trendiest, with many international fashion shops and
lined with lime trees and open-air cafes. Paseo de Gracia seems to flow

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% divided into two payments, of 15% and of 25%, in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent and the security deposit either in cash or by credit card. The security deposit will be returned to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Only cancellations done in written by email are considered to be valid. A change of dates is considered to be a new booking. In this case standard cancellation policy enters into force. In case of cancellation the reservation deposit (40%) is non-refundable.
