Luxury Rentals Barcelona : You have a great chance to see the other face of Barcelona, staying at a marvellous apartment located in el Borne, one of the most authentic districts of the city, in the building of the XVII century that was a palace in the past. It is a brand-new place, as the apartment was renovated in 2012. The special attention was paid to the materials quality and the design, that you can mentioned looking through the pictures: noble colours, perfect fabrics and luxuroius furniture including a piano of the beginning of the XX century. Don't suppose you will be disturbed by the noise coming from ouside, as there are double-glass soundproof windows. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. In the master bedroom you will see two absolutely unique night tables designed with the originl hydraulic tiles of the apartment. Moreover, it has a spacious lounge area with a sofa. You will always remember the design of both bathrooms as they are far from being standard. One of them has a rock basin and is decorated with the stones. Feel yourself a chef cooking at the totally-equipped kitchen where you can find all the electrical appliances. In the living room there is a big chair next to the fireplace and a table suitable for 6 people. A great design right in the heart of the city. Don't lose your chance.

L'appartamento si trova in una strada stretta,accogliente e sicura, nel quartiere del Born, a mezzo isolato dal famoso Palau de la Msica Catalana, Mercat de Santa Caterina, la Cattedrale, il Museo Picasso e a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas e Santa Maria del Mar. Hai solo bisogno di attraversare Via Laietana per essere nel quartiere gotico dove si puo gustare qualche tapas spagnola e camminare un po' fino a visitare gli affascinanti edifici modernisti di Gaudi. Dopo una giornata da turista o di lavoro ci si puo rilassare sulla bella e ben attrezzata terrazza esterna di 20 mq. La proprieta  ideale per le vacanze o per affari.

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable, plus additional 10% shall be paid. In case of force majeure situation (disease or accident), the Owner keeps the additional 10% paid for some other dates (subject to availability).
