This modern home sits in a residential area right by the small town of Alella, only around 20 km away from Barcelona. It is perfect for those who are looking to have more amenities and space than a city apartment can offer yet being within a close drive to the city. Also, the first beach, el Masnou, is only 9 minutes drive away. The villa enjoys a private garden, a fitness area, an outdoor pool, an interior pool and a full set of indoor amenities for a great vacation or business trip. There is AC, WIFI, some rooms also have ventilators, alarm, Bang & Olufsen sound system.

The home benefits from a fitness area and an indoor heated pool (heating is available upon request) of 5,5 x 2,4 m.

The property enjoys a private garden with a swimming pool of 11,5 x 5,5 m with a waterfall and a built-in Jacuzzi. There is a BBQ. The home enjoys a parking for one vehicle, also, there is on-street parking in front of the house.

There are further shops, cafes and restaurants sitting in the nearby towns but for a wider and more cosmopolitan variety of amenities, you shall head towards Barcelona.
