Rehabilitated in 2017, the villa has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. All the bedrooms are double, two bathrooms have bathtubs, one features a shower and the last one enjoys a jacuzzi bath. The luxury rental boasts a spacious living room connected with a dining room and opening onto the garden. The living room has two sitting areas and is fitted with a TV. There is a fireplace. The kitchen is totally equipped for a carefree holiday. You will find there a fridge freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware pieces. It also features a dining table and a TV. For working, there is a study. Outside, the holiday home has a salt-water pool with a lounge area and a pergola-covered terrace. There is a garage for four vehicles.

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation one (1) month before the arrival date or less: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
