Distributed over several levels, there is a living room, a kitchen, six bedrooms and four bathrooms and two guest toilets. Two bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms, one of them features a bathtub with a shower faucet, the other one is equipped with a shower. One of the bedrooms is the master one, it boasts a private chill-out area with spectacular views. Further sleeping facilities include two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a room for children with a bunk bed. They share two bathrooms, one has a shower, the other one comes with a bathtub. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern amenities one might need. There is an oven, a microwave, a hob, a hood, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher and various utensils, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The laundry facilities include an iron and a washing machine. The living room has a fireplace and a dining area. The house boasts a sea-water pool of 8 x 4 m and various furnished terraces.

Andate a Llafranc, tanto amata da Salvador Dalì ed Ernesto Hemingway, per fare una bella passeggiata in riva al mare. Visitate uno dei numerosi musei ed una delle splendide gallerie. Camminate lungo le magnifiche coste rocciose vicino a Tamariu e Begur. Penetrate nelle sue acque cristalline, considerate come essendo le più pure della regione. Approfittate della vista magnifica sulle enormi scogliere coperte di pini e gettandosi nel mare. Non dimenticate l'impressionante monastero Sant Padre di Rodi, situato ad El Porto del Selva. Passate a L'Escala e visitate il suo porto pieno di piccoli navi. Visitate le rovine di Ampurias. Diventate un sportivo, un giocatore di golf o di tennis di tavolo. Fate dell'immersione o della pesca in alto-mare. Praticate dell'equitazione o lo zampillo-sci. Diventate per un tempo sommelier e degustate dei deliziosi vini. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit will be guaranteed with a credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
