Totally renovated, this luxury vacation house Catalonia is situated within a short drive from the town of Figueres housing the world-known Dali Museum. Benefiting from 2 ha terrain, the holiday home enjoys a private swimming pool with salt water heated with solar panels and a pool lounge area and a BBQ. On the other side of the property, there is an artificial lake. The main house has three levels connected by spiral stairs. The common areas are located on the ground floor and include a spacious modern kitchen, a living room with a library and an office area, a dining room with a seating for 20, a TV-games room with a Home Cinema and a billiard and a gym. The latter is located on the -1 floor and benefits from multifunctional machine, a treadmill, a bench, an elliptic trainer and some other equipment. The kitchen enjoys a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, pots, pans and kitchenware. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main house. Three double bedrooms are located on the first floor. All of them are en-suite and feature showers. The attic floor houses the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and a spacious dressing area. The room boasts wonderful views on the area. The property has an annex with further two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. One is fitted with a double bed, the other one comes with a single bed and a bunk bed and would be great for three children. The property enjoys a tennis court, a table tennis, a parking. There is AC and heating.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
