It has around 265m2 of floors and approximately 3533m2 of the plot. There are solar panels and rainwater reuse system along with the smart house facilities and a private swimming pool. The house is distributed over 2 levels.

This level houses the living room with a sitting area and a dining area. The room opens on the garden and the pool. Further on, there is a a totally equipped kitchen with a pantry area. The kitchen opens on the BBQ terrace.
The same floor houses 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds, trundle bed, sleeping 4 in total, wardrobe, access to the garden.

Pulizia Giornaliera: Maid services of 4 hours from Monday to Friday are included.
Tasse: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Pulizia finale: Final cleaning for stays of 7 nights and more is included. For shorter stays, it shall be paid, 100 EUR.

Check-in after 16:00.

Changeover day is Friday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
