This modern Costa Brava pool villa with sea views is located in Aigua Xelida residential area by Tamariu. The Tamariu beach, eating out facilities and shops are situated only in 1,5 km so it is a good choice for those wishing to have all facilities handy for their vacation in Costa Brava. The villa enjoys a private swimming pool of 12 x 3 m with dramatic sea views and a garden chill-out area. The property sleeps eight people and is distributed over three floors. The lower floor features a spacious common area divided into two living spaces, a dining and an open-plan kitchen. The whole area benefits from gorgeous sea views. The floor has a guest WC. The first floor houses two bedrooms with king-size beds, both open onto a terrace with splendid sea views. The same very floor has a bedroom with twin beds and a triple bedroom with a queen-size bed and an individual bunk bed over it. Further on, there are two modern bathrooms with showers and a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. The upper floor features a garage, an entrance area with access to the lift and a wonderful sea view terrace.

Pulizia Giornaliera: Maid services of 3 hours from Monday to Friday are included.

Tasse: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Check-in after 16:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
