This villa rental Costa Brava sits in Aigua Xelida only 500 m away from Tamariu beach and village center. Both are accessible by stairs not far from the house. Also, the villa enjoys a private swimming pool. There is AC with cooling and heating modes.The house sleeps up to 8 people. There are 2 floors.

Lower floor

This levels comes with living - dining room. It has sitting area with a TV and a fireplace and enjoys an access to a terrace and the garden. Further on, there is a totally-equipped kitchen that also opens on the terrace. The kitchen enjoys a dishwasher, a microwave, a hob, a drip coffee maker, an oven, kitchenware and tableware. Also, there is a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. the same floor enjoys a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower.

Upper floor

Upstairs, there are two wings. One wing enjoys a double bedroom. it comes with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. This room benefits form a private terrace. The other wing comes with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace.

Outdoors

There is small garden with a private swimming pool it enjoys loungers to sunbath. Further on, there is a small al-fresco dining area and a garage.

Additional Information

Tasse: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Pulizia finale: A final cleaning for stays of one week and over is included. A final cleaning for shorter stays shall be paid, 100 EUR.

Altro: 3G router can be provided upon request, there is no fixed Internet in the house (20 EUR per week).

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Friday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
