This cozy family home for rent in Costa Brava enjoys proximity to Tamariu village and the beach. Both lie within about 800m from the house. The village houses several shops, a grocery shop, bars and restaurants. The villa has 2 floors and features a comfortable chill-out area, a lawn area and a private swimming pool. It is perfect for 5-6 adults and 2 children.
Ground floor
The lower level has a totally equipped kitchen with a laundry area. It has a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen has a breakfast area, a toaster, an oven, a hob, a coffee machine, a fridge freezer, kitchenware and tableware. Further on, there is a spacious living-dining room opening on the terrace. There is a guest WC.
First floor
The upper floor houses the sleeping area. There are two double bedrooms and a a children´ s room with a bunk bed. The rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub with a shower faucet. Also, the same very floor has another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is balcony with a sofa.
Outdoors
Outside, there is a lawn area with a private swimming pool and some loungers. There is a chill-out area with a sofa and armchairs.
