Bedroom 3: twin beds that can be pushed together to make a queen-size bed, access to a balcony with sea views, bathroom with a bathtub.

Further on, there is another living area with a TV and a table perfect for board games. In addition, there is another, less formal dining area enjoying outdoor access. Next to it, there is a totally equipped kitchen.

This luxury villa Llafranc is perfect for a family vacation. There is a private swimming pool of 25m (2,5 m depth max), outdoor chill-out area, a summer kitchen with 2 BBQs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge and an al-fresco dining table. There is a multipurpose sports area that can be arranged as a mini football field, a tennis court or a basketball court. There is a ping pong table.

The sandy beach of Llafranc is around a 5-minute drive away, while Tamariu beach can be reached in approximately 9 minutes.
The first shops, cafes, and basic amenities are available in Llafranc. For more extensive shopping and services, the nearby towns of Palafrugell and Platja d’Aro offer a wide variety of options, including supermarkets, fresh food markets, decoration shops, pharmacies, sports equipment stores, and many other essential services.
Costa Brava is easily accessible by car from both Barcelona Airport and Girona Airport. Changeover day in high season is Saturday. All the other periods are flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
