This is a truly beautiful home made in boho chic style sitting within just 3 km form Castell beach. Surrounded by a plot of 3 ha covered with forests, fields and a garden, the property is great for an escape from it all yet right next to the amenities. The house features a spacious summer dining and a kitchen area and a BBQ. It enjoys a private swimming pool and a home gym area with a pilates reformer machine. There are 2 floors in the main house, plus an annex with a home gym.
Ground floor
This level enjoys around 230 m2. It enjoys the common areas including the kitchen, the dining area, a TV room, a living room and guest WC. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a Smeg hob. Further on, there is a storage and a laundry areas. The TV room has comfortable sofas, while the living room benefits from a cozy fireplace. Also, it enjoys, a desk for those not leaving the work behind when on vacation.
