The villa benefits from easy access to both cities and puts at your disposal both cultural gems of Malaga and top-notch restaurants and cafes of Marbella. Perfect for a family vacation, the house sits atop of a hill and enjoys lovely sea views. There is AC, alarm, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and dressing area, and general heating system.
The villa is distributed over 2 floors.
Ground floor
This level houses the common areas. They include a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. There is a central island and a dining area.
The living room features a sitting area with a TV and a fireplace. Both living and dining areas open on the pool terrace.
The same floor has a laundry area and a bedroom.
Bedroom 1: ample single bed (140 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower.
First floor
The upper floor houses the sleeping area.
Bedroom 1: master, double bed, fireplace, dressing area, bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, a shower, WC, access to a terrace with a sitting area.
