Sea Estepona Villa

This Costa del Sol vacation home with a heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis and a gym access is located by the small town of Casares. Within only 12 min drive from Estepona and the beach, the property enjoys total privacy and would become a perfect retreat. The villa is a part of a bigger complex comprising of four villas and sharing an ample tropical garden overlooking Africa, Gibraltar and the Mediterranean sea. The luxury villa on Costa del Sol consist of two buildings. The main house sleeps 12 people. There are five bedrooms, all are equipped with AC. Two of them have private balconies. Four of them are fitted with double beds, the fifth one enjoys two king-size beds. Three bedrooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms, two of them have bathtubs with faucets and wc, the third one has a shower and a wc. One of the bedrooms has a TV with a DVD player, another one enjoys a home cinema. Further bathroom is shared by two bedrooms and has a round-shaped bathtub. There is an additional guest toilet. For cooking, there is a totally equipped kitchen boasting Gaggenau appliances including an oven, a dishwasher, a hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a wine cellar, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The living room has a sitting area with a TV with satellite channels, a DVD and a stereo system, a dining area for six and a fireplace. The sixth bedroom with a double bed is set in an annex within 200 m from the main house. Outside, a terrace with loungers, a Jacuzzi for up to 12 guests, an al-fresco dining area for eight, a lounge area and a small coffee area for two are located. Further on, there is a covered terrace with a sofa and an al-fresco dining for 12 people, a fireplace and a fish pond. On a lower garden level, there is a terrace with a sun bed, a table for four, a bath and a shower. The villa enjoys WIFI. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
