This ultra modern Ibiza villa rental sits in the area of Cala Tarida. It enjoys proximity to several beaches and coves and the sought-after Cotton Beach Club. The house boasts furniture and decoration pieces from leading designers including B&B Italia, Seletti and Jonathan Adler. The villa benefits from a 25m swimming pool with dual spa fountains and 9 fantastic outdoor lounge areas in its manicured garden. The terrain is 16.000m2 and the house itself enjoys 550 m2. There is a both indoor and outdoor throughout sound system controlled by Sonos WIFI. The villa is fully fenced and has a 24 h alarm. Also, it features high-speed Internet.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 5 bedrooms, all come with king-size beds and vary between 25 and 50 m2. All the room features private external terraces, feather pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets and bathrooms fitted with Molton Brown toiletries and ceiling rain showers. Moreover, all the rooms enjoy individual AC/heating, Sonos or Bose sound systems, safe boxes and remote-controlled blackout blinders. Three single beds for children are available upon request. The bedroom of the ground floor enjoys a private access.
The master bedroom boasts wonderful panoramic sea views, a free-standing bathtub, a super king bed of 2 x 2 m and a wardrobe.
Living areas
The luxury villa rental Ibiza enjoys several living indoor and outdoor areas. There is a living area with a free-standing floating fireplace, a 75 inch smart TV powered by a 5.1 Bose system, Netflix access, satellite channels and Apple TV functions. Further on, there is a dining room for 12 enjoying wonderful sea views all the way to the Spanish mainland and the mountains of Valencia.
The villa houses two kitchens - the totally equipped main house kitchen and a staff kitchen featuring a professional wine fridge. The house benefits from osmosis water filtration system.
The ground floor has a WC.
Finally, there is fully equipped Technogym.
Outdoors
The holiday home enjoys many outdoor chill-out areas. There is 25m swimming pool with spa fountains, two outdoor showers and a sunbathing area. There are big parasols, 9 sun beds, 3 in-water sun beds, a double day bed and a hammock. The house boasts the outdoor lighting system controlled by your mobile phone.
Further on, there is an al-fresco dining area close to both kitchens and another one away from the main house in the olive grove. The latter one has a table for 20 people and an outdoor pavilion kitchen framed by Ibizan stone walls. The kitchen enjoys a 5 burner gas oven/hotplate/BBQ, gas wok hob, pizza oven and dishwasher. Also, the area features a chill-out and a fire-pit, an indoor shower, a WC and a duel-basin washroom. In total, there are 3 long bars - on the pool terrace, on the rooftop terrace and in the pavilion. Two of them have osmosis ice machines and fridges. Also, the rooftop terrace has a heated Jacuzzi with an al-fresco shower. Finally, there is an on-site parking for 10 cars.
