Luxury Rentals Ibiza : The holiday villa is located in the best part of the island, just a few minutes away from its incredible beaches, gourmet restaurants and famous nightclubs. This ample high-end, ultra-modern and tastefully furnished house provides breathtaking 180º panoramic views of Ibiza Old Town, the beaches and the island of Formentera. This splendid villa is decorated in a unique style, most of the furniture pieces and lights have been designed for it. The house benefits from a roof top chill-out tent and an open-air  dining area with barbecue, connected by a service lift to the kitchen and wine cellar. You will have incredible time enjoying sun and spectacular views from the large pool (32m) with waterfalls, a hidden cave, a floating cabana and sub-aquatic pool windows. There is a great plunge pool, roof top mini pool for 12 with hydromassage functions and a fountain and pond with waterfall. Th house features two hydromassage spa baths, a fitness room and an infra-red detox sauna. Eating facilities include a pool-side bar or dining-breakfast area with a barbecue. The pool area boasts a springwater mist system to keep you fresh during hot sunny days. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a separate stone shower room, a hot tub with chromotherapy, a dressing room and fireplace. All the suites have terraces enjoying fantastic views, en-suite bathrooms, DVD, sound systems, flat screen digital satellite TVs, air-conditioning, mini-fridges and various other modern amenities. Luxury accommodation, exclusive services, superior facilities and magnificent views ensure a five-star stay and an unforgettable vacation. The mansion also features four fireplaces, two barbecues, dance floor and a disco area. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
